1. About Us

Pharmacy Weight Loss Littlehampton is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Littlehampton and surrounding areas of the United Kingdom. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and all applicable UK pharmacy law.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw services if eligibility criteria are not met or if we have reason to believe information provided is inaccurate.

3. Online Consultations and Prescriptions

All treatment requests are subject to a clinical assessment conducted by our prescribing pharmacist or associated prescriber. Completion of a consultation does not guarantee the issuance of a prescription.

Our pharmacist will review your consultation and may contact you for further information before making a clinical decision. Prescriptions are issued solely at the clinical discretion of our prescriber and in accordance with current clinical guidelines.

Prescriptions issued through our service are legal NHS-equivalent private prescriptions and may only be dispensed by authorised pharmacies. You must not share, alter, or reproduce any prescription issued to you.

4. Payment

All prices are displayed in pound sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider.

Your payment will be taken upon submission of your order. If your prescription request is declined following clinical review, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.

We do not store full card details. All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-DSS-compliant systems.

5. Delivery

Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked courier service to the address provided at checkout.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your delivery address is correct. We cannot be held liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information. If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery, a redelivery charge may apply.

Medications must be stored in accordance with the instructions provided in the patient information leaflet enclosed with your order.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order before it has been clinically approved and dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been issued and your medication dispatched, cancellation may not be possible due to the nature of prescription medicines.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medications. Refunds will only be issued where an order has been declined at the prescribing stage or where we have made a dispensing error. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged product.

7. Medical Disclaimer

The information provided through our service is for the purpose of clinical assessment and treatment only. It does not constitute a substitute for a full in-person medical consultation. You should continue to engage with your GP or NHS healthcare provider for ongoing medical care.

You must disclose all current medications, medical conditions, and allergies during your consultation. Failure to do so may affect the safety of treatment and may result in withdrawal of services. We accept no liability for adverse outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.
